Smithfields, London Meat Market 06:45

06:45 Smithfields, London. The meat market on its own is another universe: long rows of suspended carcasses, Eastenders old workers arguing about a 50-pound bag of lamb chops or 2 suckling pigs freshness, meaty smells, cellophane blood bags on the floor. A unique view of a today's  top world class city. Youngsters just out from the Club scene go to get a cappucino while white van men and white bloody blouse workers go back to bed. Both groups have enjoyed their night. This is London at 06:45 in EC1, pure magic!
